Very Happy Solar Pool Heating Customer

We have been a customer of Sierra Pacific since 2013 when the pool solar heating system was installed at our home. We have had a couple of service calls for leaks and have the annual start up/shut down service program. The technician that has come, Peter, has been courteous and very helpful to explain the system to us in terms we can understand. He even walked me through the temporary shutdown process by phone once when we had a leak.

This year we added solar pv panels with Sierra Pacific. Mike and his team of installers and technicians were helpful, flexible in their scheduling for us, and installed the system very neatly on the ground rack system. Our installation was complicated because of its distance from both the house and grid power location. They handled all of it without a hitch.

Justin has since set us up with a cell phone connected system monitoring program that Sierra Pacific can also use to diagnose any problems remotely that we may have.

And finally, Dawn, Britlee (sp? – she gave me the info for everyone, but I have misplaced my notes), and all the other customer support staff at Sierra Pacific have been courteous and professional with us whenever we have had requests or needed to report a problem.

The experience of a fully integrated company that has exceptional customer service combined with technical expertise has been a positive experience for us these last 3 years. We are pleased to be connected with such a quality organization.
