To Whom It May Concern:
On June 13th your company, Sierra Pacific, installed a new heating and air conditioning unit at our home in Lincoln. Our old unit had not gone out but was going to need some repairs and after talking with Glenn Richard, you[r] sales rep, we decided to go ahead with the installation of a new Lennox. We felt very confident that this would be a good decision since we would be doing this through Costco.
John & I have had many installation and repair people do work for us over the years, some good, some not so good. Your crew arrived on the day that was scheduled calling ahead to say they would be at our house in 15 minutes.
Rex, Robert & Jeff arrived when they said they would, were very polite and professional in every way. It was a very hot day and they worked steadily through the day and had everything installed by around 4:30 p.m. (I'm not sure they took time out for lunch.) They were very neat and courteous and also very helpful in explaining the procedure.
Glenn stopped by to check that the installation crew was here and all was going well. Later Mike also came by to check on how the job was going. A few days after the installation my husband called Mike to say there was a humming noise from the cold air return. He came back and installed a new cold air return cover which we are very pleased with.
Needless to say, we were pleased to have everything go so smoothly. Everything occurred as Glenn said it would. We would highly recommend your company.
