Dear Sierra Pacific,
I wanted to take a moment and let you know about the great customer service I received from your representative, Spencer and his crew Ben and Jose. I recently purchased a new heating and air conditioning unit from you through COSTCO and Spencer and his crew were the ones who installed it.
Whenever I approached any of them with a question, they always took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I really appreciated them taking that extra effort in doing that – it made me feel that my questions and concerns were important. When I told Spencer that I wanted to come up to the attic and take a look at the duct work he did- he saved me the trip by taking pictures of the work he did on his phone and showing me what was done. Now that's customer service!
The day they came to install the unit – it rained off and on – but the crew worked through it and I noticed that they took the extra precautions to be safe. When Spencer checked my main power box to ensure that the heating & air conditioning unit was wired correctly and could be turned on – he found that the power box was labeled incorrectly and he took the time to fix it and explain to me what was going on. He also went over all of the paperwork and showed me what the inspector would be looking at when he came over. That was especially helpful since the inspector that came was very thorough and looked at every little detail. We passed with no problems.
All of the crew were polite and professional and worked well as a team. They were all considerate took great care to wear shoe covers when entering my home and made sure they cleaned up any mess they made. It's all of these things make a difference and sets you apart from others.
While Spencer and his team were working at my house, I had 2 neighbors come by and ask what company was installing my heating & air conditioning unit and asking if I was happy with the work they were doing. I told them yes, I was. Most of my neighbors friends buy major products and items by checking with each other and getting referrals. I am happy to say that I will be giving a good referral on Sierra Pacific due to the good work of Spencer & his crew.
