I filled this out immediately following the installation. But then we had a problem. The upstairs never got cold/cooled off.
I called first thing in the marnara and they had a technician (Hunter) at the house at 9:30. He found the problem Freon had leaked cut and replaced it. He did through check – air bubbles and all the connections. Then he returned at 4pm and rechecked all the gauges levels Mistakes happens.
We appreciated the quick response and the thorough professional work.
